The Community Building is available for rentals, for use for private gatherings.
The rental fee is $15/hour for residents, and $30/hour for non-residents. All reservations require a $100 security deposit, which is automatically added with your reservation and will be refunded to you following your event, pending no damages.

The capacity is 86 persons. There are 60 chairs and 8 8-ft rectangular tables available for use. The kitchen includes a stove/oven, three compartment sink, and a refrigerator. The fire-place is non-working. No fires allowed. No personal items may be left in the building after the rental time.
A key code for the front door will be provided to renters before their reservation date. The key code will be the last 4 digits of the users phone number on file.
